In early May, the 150T pin-type load cells (load pin) manufactured by our company were successfully delivered to the customer. Adopting advanced deep-hole strain gauge bonding technology, these sensors undergo professional production processes including sandblasting, marking and strain gauge bonding, and pressure curing, with an extremely complex manufacturing process. They feature a compact elastic element structure, high form and position accuracy, strong anti-torsion and anti-bending capabilities, simple assembly of load-bearing components, a high safety factor, and excellent overload resistance. With an IP68 protection rating, they can operate in harsh environments, offering better sealing performance for lubricating oil, minimal performance fluctuation, good repeatability, and high reliability.

At present, large-tonnage pin-type load cells are mainly applied in marine engineering equipment and petroleum equipment, such as intelligent quick-release mooring hooks, mooring winches, top drives, and gantry cranes. Users with needs are welcome to contact us!
